L-Type Single Wall Die Heads (Right-Angle)

A specialized extrusion die where the extruder and corrugator form a 90-degree angle. Utilizing a spiral or heart-shaped flow divider, this die head is highly suited for PE and other plastic corrugated pipes that require continuous iron wire threading during high-speed production.

The pinnacle of corrugated pipe extrusion technology. Our DWC die heads feature a complex multi-layer spiral flow structure with integrated air and water channels. Wings Plastic's proprietary short-body design drastically reduces melt resistance, enabling highly efficient low-temperature and low-pressure extrusion.

📉 Low Pressure Extrusion

The specialized short-body geometry minimizes melt pressure (e.g., OD 40/50 sizes operate at ≤ 40MPa), significantly reducing energy consumption.

⚙️ Online Wall Adjustment

Inner layer eccentricity (wall thickness deviation) can be easily adjusted on-the-fly without stopping the machine or dismantling the water jacket.
